Shelby Lynn brings over a decade of experience in government relations, compliance management, and ignition interlock program oversight to her role as Director of Regulatory Compliance at Clear2Drive. Since 2021 she has lead the company’s compliance strategy across multiple states, ensuring that every program meets rigorous regulatory standards while maintaining Clear2Drive’s commitment to fairness and client-centered service.

Before joining Clear2Drive, Shelby held leadership roles at Alcohol Detection Systems and Intoxalock, where she supervised compliance operations, directed client services, and developed policies that improved efficiency and revenue performance. Earlier in her career, she served with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), advancing to Arizona highest position in IID, an Ignition Interlock Investigator III. In that role, she oversaw statewide compliance, reviewed legislation, and supported the implementation of enhanced driver’s license programs.
