Michael Reyes brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in ignition interlock installation, service management, and client support to his role as Director of Field Operations at Clear2Drive. He oversees service center operations across California, ensuring that every installation and calibration meets strict regulatory standards while delivering the highest level of client care. Michael joined Clear2Drive in 2023 after C2D’s acquisition of Alco Alert Interlock where he had been serving as Lead Interlock Technician for over a decade. There, he managed high-volume installations, trained clients on device use, maintained compliance records for courts and DMVs, and streamlined shop operations. His career began with his Degree from UTI in automotive diagnostics and repair, giving him a strong technical foundation that he applies daily in managing Clear2Drive’s service partners, mobile installations, and technical support.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Michael is valued for his professionalism, adaptability, and ability to bridge the gap between clients, service centers, and regulatory requirements. His leadership ensures Clear2Drive’s field operations remain efficient, compliant, and client-focused, supporting the company’s mission to help drivers navigate ignition interlock programs with clarity and confidence.
