Dan Rhodes is a recognized leader in the ignition interlock industry with more than 25 years of experience shaping DUI program policy, technology, and client care. As Founder and President of Clear2Drive, he oversees all company operations, guiding certifications in multiple states, building key manufacturing partnerships, and leading a technology-driven, client-focused service model.

Dan previously founded and scaled Arizona’s largest ignition interlock franchise before successfully exiting to LMG Holdings. He later consulted and led national rollouts for LMG and ADS, guided Canadian market launch for Smart Start, and directed new device launches for many industry leaders. He also served as Legislative & Public Policy Chair for six years at MADD Arizona, helping to advance landmark DUI legislation. Today, he continues to influence the industry serving his second term and fifth year as an IID Industry Expert Advisory Council Member for the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Household Goods and Services.
