Information Regarding COVID-19 / Coronavirus

To all Clients & Partners:

During this difficult and challenging time, our focus is the safety and health of our clients, partners and employees. Additionally we shall continue to focus our efforts so that you may maintain your driving privileges in a way that is safe and compliant with your interlock program.

We are committed to providing a safe and clean servicing environment for Clear2Drive service centers and for our clients. During your service appointments you may be asked to remove your own mouthpiece prior to servicing. Additionally, you may request additional mouthpieces at any time. We have instructed our technicians to wash their hands prior to and after device servicing and to wipe down work surfaces after each device is serviced.

Here are answers to a few common questions:

Clear2Drive continues to operate as normal as per the Memorandum on Identification of Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers. As Clear2Drive is an essential part of our national infrastructure, we will continue normal business operations.

Currently nearly all Clear2Drive Service Centers are open for business. If you wish to confirm this information please call 855-261-3944.

Clear2Drive urges all individuals to take all necessary precautions per CDC guidelines. If you choose to use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer on your ignition Interlock device, we recommend the following steps.
  • Do not apply the sanitizer inside of the car.
  • Ensure the sanitizer is completely dry prior to attempting to take a test.
  • If possible open a door or window to allow as much as circulation as possible.
